Na karcie tyt. litografia z przedstawieniem bitwy pod Stoczkiem – pierwszej wygranej bitwy powstania listopadowego. Poniżej tytuł oraz herby Polski (Orzeł) i Litwy (Pogoń), wpisane w kotwicę (symbol nadziei), zwieńczoną czapką – krakuską. Dalej nuty oraz tekst pieśni: „Modlitwa przed Bitwą z towarzyszeniem fortepianu. Słowa podług Körnera Franc. Kowalskiego. Muzyka oryginalna przez F. Himmel”. Autorem słów pieśni „Ojcze! Ja wzywam Cię...” jest Franciszek Kowalski (1799-1862), poeta i pamiętnikarz, powstaniec listopadowy (znany także z pieśni „Ułan na wedecie”). Muzyka Friedrich Heinrich Himmel (1765-1814), niemiecki kompozytor i pianista. Na ostatniej stronie nuty „Marsza Generała Dwernickiego” (Ludwika Glińskiego). Nuty stanowiły dodatek do „Barda Nadwiślańskiego” (czasopisma emigracyjnego ukazującego się w Awinionie; nr 3 z marca 1833 r.). Drobne zabrudzenia, grzbiet wzmocniony pap., poza tym stan dobry. Bardzo rzadkie.
